We are Seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team onsite in Rosslyn, VA
. This individual will work directly with clients to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions for case management
. The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce (including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations) as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively in person.
This is a hands‑on development role with a strong client‑facing component—ideal for someone who thrives in both building solutions and working directly with stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Collaborate onsite with client stakeholders to gather requirements and understand current manual processes.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce case management solutions
. - Convert manual processes into automated Salesforce workflows, approvals, and integrations.
- Develop scalable and reusable Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and flows as needed.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other technologies.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Participate in daily onsite collaboration sessions, sprint planning, and client workshops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a highly visible client environment

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL
. - Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
. - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules).
- Strong knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrations
. - Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent).
- Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Experience with Service Cloud and case management functionality required.
- Strong client‑facing communication skills
: able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Ability to work onsite in Rosslyn, VA, 5 days per week and engage directly with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative team player with a consultative mindset
. - Strong organizational skills: able to balance multiple priorities and deliver on time.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) are a plus.
