We are seeking an experienced Engagement Director to lead customer success and engagement initiatives across the Department of Defense
. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for ensuring that Govini’s platform is embedded into key mission workflows and that every client engagement delivers measurable impact.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for senior DoD stakeholders - including acquisition, logistics, and industrial base policy teams.
- Partner with program offices to translate mission requirements into actionable use cases on the Govini platform.
- Develop strategic account plans focused on customer retention, renewal, and growth across large DoD programs.
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or program management within the federal or defense sector
. - Deep understanding of the Department of Defense landscape.
- Proven ability to manage complex, data-driven programs with measurable mission outcomes.
