Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product to provide guidance and direction.
  • Collaborate with customers regularly to gather feedback and refine product features.
  • Work cross-functional to design and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Drive product discovery and delivery using modern methodologies.
Must-Have Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in building and shipping digital products.
  • Proven experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • 3+ years of experience in roles such as product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, or user researcher.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with sound judgment and data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate constructively with engineers, designers, and leadership teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience working in the software or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with tax or accounting-related products and solutions.
  • Knowledge of product design and user research best practices.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
