- Develop and clearly communicate the product goal to stakeholders and teams.
- Leverage metrics and data to make informed product decisions.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with the company's vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends and customer needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product to provide guidance and direction.
- Collaborate with customers regularly to gather feedback and refine product features.
- Work cross-functional to design and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Drive product discovery and delivery using modern methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in building and shipping digital products.
- Proven experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
- 3+ years of experience in roles such as product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, or user researcher.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with sound judgment and data-informed decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate constructively with engineers, designers, and leadership teams.
- Experience working in the software or technology industry.
- Familiarity with tax or accounting-related products and solutions.
- Knowledge of product design and user research best practices.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
