Solutions Operations Coordinator
Arlington, VA
We’re looking for a Solutions Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our Solutions team. You'll work alongside a small, senior group of technical experts who engage directly with customers to solve complex problems, build production‑ready prototypes, and guide large-scale organizational transformations. This isn't a back‑office admin role—you'll be embedded in a fast‑moving team that supports capture efforts, partners with delivery organizations, and operates at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You'll keep us organized, connected, and communicating effectively while also bringing your own ideas to improve how we work.
- Coordinate across the Solutions team and our partners in delivery, capture, and business development to ensure alignment and follow-through on commitments
- Track actions, decisions, and deliverables; keep the team accountable to timelines without needing to be asked
- Own internal communications—drafting updates, announcements, and materials that keep stakeholders informed
- Manage team rhythms: meetings, agendas, notes, and follow‑ups
- Support proposal and capture activities with coordination, scheduling, and logistics
- Create visual assets such as presentations, graphics, and diagrams to support customer engagements and internal communications
- Build and maintain light automation, dashboards, and data collection tools to improve team visibility and efficiency
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements; take initiative to fix what's broken
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, collaborating with technical and delivery teams, or a similar role supporting technical or consulting teams
- Strong organizational instincts—you notice when things are slipping and act before being asked, with demonstrated ability to bring together/rally the right teams to organize and move out on proactively addressing needs, challenges, demands
- Proven ability to help organize, prioritize, and focus diverse set of SMEs and teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to facilitate and ensure capturing complex ideas, strategies, visions, and solutions, enabling teams to organize these into compelling and informative communication materials
- A creative eye and experience producing polished visuals (presentations, graphics, diagrams)
- Proficiency with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft 365
- Comfort with light technical work: building dashboards, simple automations (Power Automate, scripting, or similar), and working with data
- Ability to work effectively with senior technical staff and external stakeholders
- S. citizenship or ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (clearance not required but preferred)
- Experience in a federal contracting or professional services environment
- Familiarity with capture/proposal processes
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for reporting and visualization
