Platform Integration Lead
Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Platform Integration Lead to join our team. Experience with prior Department of Defense Science and Technology (S&T) and Research and Development (R&D) platform integration experience teams is what we are looking for. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of DoD S&T and R&D life cycles to manage integration and transition of platforms to a DoD program of record.
This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
- Assist the Technical Director in identifying gaps and problem areas during transition of platforms to the program of record
- Prepare, review, and make recommendations on new and existing policies that may affect integration and transition of projects
- Review and make recommendations on the design, security, and lifecycle management of integration efforts prior to and after transition
- Manage full‑scope project requirements using professional Project Management software tools
- Advise the Technical Director on all S&T and R&D integration and transition efforts
- Provide programmatic and analytic support to the Technical Director; provide regular updates project schedules, Performance Work Statements, Work Breakdown Structures, risk assessments, etc
- Advise the Technical Director on allocations of resources in support of integration and transition efforts
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile
PM, PMI‑ACP
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in managing information technology projects throughout its life cycle.
- Proven experience working with Department of Defense projects, specifically within the S&T and R&D realms.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating through the DoD acquisition processes and Defense Acquisition policies
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and issues clearly.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
