What is an Analyst, Employee Experience?

As an Employee Experience Analyst, you will help our clients across our EX portfolio—including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments), and using WTW’s employee experience software and other digital solutions.

You’ll work with industry’s top consultants, develop technical knowledge, and deliver creative, cutting‑edge solutions to real business issues. Immediate exposure to challenging client assignments draws on your ability to analyze information, develop conclusions, demonstrate imagination and creativity, and create innovative solutions to talent management, organization design, human capital, and related challenges.

• Develop and write HR and benefits materials for client projects.
• Understand and convey complex information creatively and engagingly.

Design and Production

• Assist with design, production and presentation of materials for clients.
• Ensure content is error‑free, stylistically consistent, and aligned with client branding.

Data and Analytics Analysis

• Provide actionable insights on employee engagement, culture, and talent investment returns.

Project Management

• Act as a liaison between senior EX staff and clients to ensure accuracy, deadlines, and consistent communication.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for task handoff and timely delivery.

Qualifications Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, or business; GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Knowledge of current communication and change‑management trends, digital marketing, and technology.
• Professional presence with strong written and oral communication; presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
