What is an Analyst, Employee Experience?As an Employee Experience Analyst, you will help our clients across our EX portfolio—including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments), and using WTW’s employee experience software and other digital solutions.
You’ll work with industry’s top consultants, develop technical knowledge, and deliver creative, cutting‑edge solutions to real business issues. Immediate exposure to challenging client assignments draws on your ability to analyze information, develop conclusions, demonstrate imagination and creativity, and create innovative solutions to talent management, organization design, human capital, and related challenges.
The RoleSuccess requires comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and willingness to engage in strategic design and tactical implementation. You will connect solutions across EX to deliver high‑impact solutions for complex client challenges.

- Develop and write HR and benefits materials for client projects.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, or business; GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Knowledge of current communication and change‑management trends, digital marketing, and technology.
- Professional presence with strong written and oral communication; presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
