Sigma Defense is seeking a SME - Autonomous Systems to provide the required support to the Capability Development and Innovation (CD&I) division within the Secretariat for Special Operations under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (OASW(SO/LIC)).

• 10+ years of experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher
• Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate

• Support the development of comprehensive Counter-Unmanned Systems (CUxS) capabilities across all war fighting domains.
• Development will include designing and implementing systems that operate effectively in irregular and denied environments, ensuring adaptability to the most challenging operational scenarios.
• The work will focus on delivering advanced kinetic and non-kinetic effects, thereby creating asymmetric impacts against hostile unmanned systems.
• Provide expertise for identifying, countering, and neutralizing unmanned threats, integrating sophisticated technologies and innovative approaches to enhance defensive and offensive operational capabilities

$150,000 - $185,000 annually
