The Senior Technical Manager provides technical and architectural leadership for the web and service integration aspects of ATRRS modernization. This role ensures seamless interaction between the modernized Java/Spring Boot services and the existing .NET-based web interface, while maintaining performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

• Lead technical design for Java ↔ .NET service integration
• Define, document, and enforce API contracts and interface standards
• Resolve complex cross-stack integration and performance issues
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to web developers
• Review designs and code for alignment with ATRRS architecture standards
• Coordinate technical decisions with systems engineering and data teams
• Support integration testing and defect resolution efforts

Clearance: Secret

Location: Remote

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• 10+ years in software engineering or web application development
• 5+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role

• Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year
