AFS is seeking a Network Operations Support Specialist in Arlington, VA.

The Network Operations team member will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring all site connectivity is up and functioning for all AFS sites 24x7x365. They will participate in working support tickets and requests company wide, and participate in meetings and operational projects.

Travel will be required to a DC location most business days.

Responsibilities
  • Administration of all network equipment
  • Configuration of switch port and firewalls
  • Network support for local site as well as other sites
  • Solarwinds monitoring
  • Rotating on‑call support schedule
Qualifications
  • Must be a US citizen on US soil
  • 2 years of Cisco Switching
  • 1 year of OSPF Routing experience
  • 1 year of Palo Alto firewall experience
  • 1 year of DHCP experience
  • 1 year of DNS experience
Bonus Points
  • Experience working support tickets, making changes where necessary using the CR process, and escalating issues/concerns to management
  • Experience providing network operational support to configure and test updates in offices and data centers
  • Experience performing system maintenance and OS patching
  • Experience ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Working knowledge of authentication protocols such as TACAS and radius
Compensation

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the following states and district:
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland
.

The pay range for these locations is:

$84,900 - $160,200 USD
