You'll work on state-of-the-art research, advanced software tools, new AI systems, and machine learning algorithms, leveraging Amazon's in-house tech stack to bring innovative solutions to life.

• In collaboration with Research Science teams, drive end-to-end product vision and strategy for AI-powered recruitment solutions that serve millions of candidates and thousands of recruiters worldwide.
• Pioneer revolutionary interview technologies utilizing GenAI, advanced transcription analytics, and predictive quality-of-hire frameworks.
• Partner with Research Scientists and Data Scientists to develop and implement ML models that enhance candidate evaluation accuracy and efficiency.
• Architect scalable, data-driven solutions that transform traditional hiring practices into intelligent, automated workflows.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative features that significantly improve both candidate experience and recruiter productivity.
• Define and execute experimentation strategies to continuously optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
• Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and compelling product narratives.

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
