Join the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go‑to‑market strategy for their technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise that helps customers succeed. Partner teams own strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners, giving customers the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.
The AMER Industries and GenAI PSA Team consists of industry domain specialist solution architects. As an ECRT (Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, and Transportation) PSA for the Enterprise segment, you will work with partners to build and deliver innovative technology solutions that solve industry use cases, and support customers as they deploy these solutions. You will engage at the CXO level with line‑of‑business customers and partners, acting as a technical leader alongside global sales and field representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Be the industry thought leader, sharing insights on technical trends, growth areas, and AWS‑focused partner capability and capacity.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with diverse industry‑focused partner cohorts, including G/SIs, G/ISVs, and CXO‑level connections with customers and partners.
- Build new partner solutions and solve partner/customer problems as they arise.
- Technically enable partners through deep hands‑on workshops and live presentations.
- Be a GenAI thought leader, integrating GenAI capabilities into innovative industry solutions.
- 8+ years of experience in a specific technology domain (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- 10+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Experience architecting and operating AWS‑based solutions.
