You'll be the go-to expert who transforms complex work authorization procedures into streamlined, employee-friendly experiences. By leveraging your analytical skills and customer service expertise, you'll develop innovative solutions that simplify processes, reduce compliance risks, and enhance our team's operational effectiveness.

Key job responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for candidates, employees and business partners in the USA and respond to customer queries within SLA.

• Create and improve standard operating procedures.

• Manage new work customer intakes from various business stakeholders.

• Operate and improve standard operating procedures to deliver new hire compliance defect reduction.

• Operate and improve standard procedures to deliver an improved employee experience.

A day in the life

You'll collaborate with business partners, investigate nuanced work authorization scenarios, and develop clear, comprehensive procedures that support our global workforce. Each challenge you tackle directly impacts employee experiences and organizational efficiency.

This role can be based out of Arlington, VA only.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
- Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
- Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security or personnel issues in the workplace

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
