• Provides oversight, management, and support to a broad spectrum of complex defense and military intelligence programs and capabilities.
• Supports Department of Defense with the enterprise-level prioritization, tracking, deconfliction, and overall alignment of Combatant Command (CCMD), Military Service, Combat Support Agency, foreign partner nation, the IC, and other entities in the acquisition synchronization and requirements identification for infrastructure related systems, programs, and capabilities.
• Provide resource analyses and reporting to support detailed assessments of the effectiveness and overall impact of the Department's program management decisions/budget execution for IPED portfolio programs, systems, and capabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance to support Department of Defense interaction with Congress including drafting testimony, responses to congressionally directed actions and requests for information, and drafting appeals and reclamos related to Congressional oversight and management actions.
• Perform functional reviews; conduct research and analyses; draft formal positions; review and analyze documents; prepare briefings, talking points, information and position papers, memoranda, letters, and other artifacts and deliverables for issues and engagements regarding enterprise-level, intelligence and non-intelligence related IT and PED programs, systems, and capabilities. (Weekly)
• Represent Department of Defense positions and equities in all DoD, IC, and international policy, strategy, operations, governance, programming efforts, and other efforts as applicable.
• Support the development, review, and revision of strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of enterprise-level, intelligence, and non-intelligence related IT, ISR, and PED activities.

• Must have 10 years of experience in the DoD and/or IC working PED issues.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with IC Infrastructure and Architecture policy development, program oversight/guidance, and capabilities development and resourcing within DoD or IC on a military or interagency staff.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with the DoD and/or IC requirements process and defense acquisition management systems.
• Must have experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.
• Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
• Must have outstanding customer service abilities, initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
• Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.

• A./B.S. from an accredited school.

• Active TS/SCI is required.

• Onsite – Arlington, VA.
