The EBS PTP Site Support practitioner is responsible for providing guidance to end users on system processing steps and functionality of the Oracle EBS solution. The GL EBS team member will support travel, PO/Req, PRISM to EBS, AP/Payment, Citi and other PTP integrations. Cross module support required (Projects, GL, Budget, etc…)

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Specific responsibilities include:

• Knowledge Transfer and onboarding:
  Review existing materials to develop an understanding of customer landscape. This will include but not limited to test scripts, SOPs and business processes
• Training:
  Conduct and lead training sessions for areas identified post go‑live that require additional or supplemental training
• Issues Documentation:
  Document incidents with detailed scripts and screenshots. Work with BAS team to resolve and test defects
• Hypercare Support:
  Support the Census and BAS teams during the period of Hypercare. This may include working with users on issues, incident resolution or just in‑time training

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Massachusetts,
Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.
