CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Data Interoperability Lead within our Intel sector advancing the national security mission through cutting edge technology. You must have a passion for keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology advancements and leveraging your knowledge on a highly collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities. The Data Interoperability Lead leads and mentors a team, designing and implementing data integration solutions, and ensuring data quality and compliance across systems.

Key responsibilities also involve managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing strategies for data architecture, security, and governance. The role typically requires a strong technical background in areas like APIs, data standards, and cloud environments. This position is located in USA VA Arlington, however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Team leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data integration engineers and architects. . Technical design:
Oversee the design and development of data integration frameworks, pipelines, and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow. . Project management:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies for data interoperability initiatives. . Data quality and governance:
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems. Develop and implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. . Stakeholder collaboration:
Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to define interoperability goals, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. . Problem-solving:
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and resolve roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience:

Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of experience . Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired . Technical expertise:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data integration tools. . Management experience:
