Position Summary:

ANSER is seeking a Technology Analyst to solve complex problems and drive innovation across the organization through applied coding, automation, and advanced research and leveraging Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML). Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Design and develop AI/ML systems in an Azure environment:
Build, train, and optimize models for natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
* Prompt engineering:
Create, refine, and test prompts to maximize performance of large language models and generative AI systems.
* Implement RPA solutions:
Automate workflows and repetitive tasks using RPA tools integrated with AI/ML capabilities.
* Conduct advanced research:
Apply AI/ML techniques to explore new methodologies, uncover insights, and support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate cross-functionally:
Partner with data scientists, researchers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Maintain and scale systems:
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of deployed AI/ML and RPA solutions.
* Stay current with emerging technologies:
Monitor industry trends and integrate cutting-edge AI/ML advancements into organizational practices. This position does not offer relocation. Only candidates within a commutable distance will be considered.

Required Qualifications:

* Active Secret clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics or similar.
* 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, automation, or applied research.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
* Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
* Knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
* Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering for generative AI applications.
* Ability to independently conduct applied research and translate findings into practical solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters Degree.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
* Background in advanced analytics, data mining, or knowledge graphs.
* Exposure to MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
* Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
