You will own post-implementation operational success, drive alignment, manage escalations, and act as a trusted advisor across technical and operational initiatives.
You will coordinate with SRE, Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure compliant, secure operations for regulated environments. Arlington preferred with hybrid options.
