Job Summary / Responsibilities Responsibilities- Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with federal stakeholders, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure project documentation, processes, and deliverables meet federal standards and requirements.
- Coordinate multiple work streams and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Support change management and resolve project-related challenges.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
, preferably in Federal Government environments. - Must have prior experience working as a Project Manager on Federal projects.
- Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA 3 days per week
. - Must be located in VA, DC, or MD, or willing to commute/relocate.
- Ability to obtain or maintain Federal Public Trust clearance
