From innovative fintechs to top national banks all over the world, we partner with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that create real impact. Our mission is straightforward: help our clients win, while enjoying the journey.
What You’ll do
At 2OS, our interns don't just observe from the sidelines, they contribute from day one. As a data science intern, you'll work on meaningful projects that have real impact for our clients, which include top-tierfinancial institutions and high growth fintechs. From the start, you'll have direct access to the senior leaders and experience professionals shaping that work. You'll learn from them, collaborate with them, and build relationships that extend well beyond the summer.
You’ll apply advanced modeling techniques and business driven thinking to solve complex data challenges. Whether you're cleaning and strutting messy datasets, designing and testing algorithms, or generating insights to guide smarter decisions, you'll be collaborating closely with our experienced data scientists and business analysts every step of the way. At 2OS, AI is a natural part of the data science toolkit, and you'll have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues who are continually exploring new ways to apply to analytical and business challenges.
Life at 2OS
At 2OS, culture is at the heart of everything we do. Structured onboarding ensures that you're set up to hit the ground running, while ongoing learning opportunities keep you growing all summer long. You'll also be fully included in the life of the firm: team lunches, happy hours, sporting events, and other gatherings that make 2OS more than just a place to work.
During the summer, you'll also have the chance to visit our Richmond, VA office, a great opportunity to experience the space, connect with colleagues and explore the area. The summer ends with an annual company-wide retreat, a multi-day offsite at a premier VA-based venue packed with leadership insights, external speakers, a volunteer event, and memorable evenings with the people you've spent the summer working alongside.
