University, Digital Transformation Analyst Intern

Whether it’s data analysis, process automation, UI and UX, or artificial intelligence, digital transformation involves learning how an organization works and making it better through dynamic solutions. As a Digital Transformation Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency while contributing directly to real project work. You will learn how public sector organizations operate and contribute to the development of transformative technology and business system solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to basic principles, theories, and concepts.

• Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment
• Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Summer 2028

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence
• Possession of excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
