Chenega MIOS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support for both classified and unclassified systems, handle password services, account management, and user training issues, and diagnose issues to restore normal operations quickly.
The role requires an Associate’s degree (or 2 years relevant experience), 3 years total IT experience, DoD IAT Level II Certification, DoD Top Clearance; TS with SCI eligibility is preferred.
