We are currently seeking a IT Governance Deputy Program Manager - Secret Clearance to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary:

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced IT Governance Deputy Program Manager to support a federal government program focused on IT governance, investment management, and portfolio oversight. This individual will support the Program Manager in day-to-day operations and serve as the designated backup in their absence, ensuring program objectives, government requirements, and contractual deliverables are met.

Job Duties:

Support the Program Manager in overseeing program operations and provide leadership in their absence.

Manage and coordinate IT governance activities, ensuring alignment with government policies, strategic priorities, and program objectives.

Monitor IT investments, portfolios, milestones, budgets, performance measures, and deliverables to ensure accountability and compliance.

Track contractual deliverables, reporting requirements, risks, issues, and action items to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and program personnel to support investment reviews, governance meetings, and decision-making.

Prepare executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, and investment performance reports.

Support Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), IT portfolio management, and compliance with applicable federal IT policies and guidance.

Identify opportunities to improve governance processes, reporting, and program performance.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of program manager experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer or Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or technical discipline. Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA, five days a week (Monday through Friday).Active Secret Security clearanceNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $117,232 - $195,388.

Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
