Data Analytics Manager

Wonder Cave is looking for highly motivated individuals with education, interest and/or experience in Analytics, Data Management, and Technical Expertise in data modeling to join our team as a Data Analyst. Wonder Cave is focused on delivering best-in-class text messaging technology and services. This position requires a self-starter mentality with an appetite to learn and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Individuals that have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and the ability to problem solve are criticalforthisrole.

• Technical Proficiency:
  You have experience with SQL, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. We are a Snowflake shop, so you will need to be able to work with that technology as well.

• Collaboration & Communication:
  You’re comfortable working across teams and presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to Detail:
  Small discrepancies don’t slip past you—you know that accuracy is key in making the right decisions.

• Gaining knowledge of the messaging ecosystem and Wonder Cave’s product offering
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and progress.
• Work cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Improve data collection, organization, and accessibility, ensuring teams have the right information whentheyneedit.
• Continuously refine analytical processes to increase efficiency andimpact.

This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to make an immediate impact on Wonder Cave’s team. Individualsshouldhave:

• Data Analysis & Visualization – Ability to analyze large datasets and present findings in a clear, actionableway.
• SQL & Database Management – Experience querying databases to extract meaningful insights.
• Business Intelligence (BI) Tools – Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar for reporting and visualization.
• Experience working with and/or the ability to work with Snowflake as the backend data warehouse.
• Excel/Google Sheets Mastery – Strong skills in data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas.
