Test Engineer

Join Volkswagen as a senior Test Engineer and spend your days turning small-but-mighty requirements into systems that quietly do their job. At Volkswagen the $128,000 - $194,000 matters, sure, but so does owning the technology outcome with 7 years of Continuous Learning behind it.

• Configure and manage infrastructure as code across staging and production
• Break large technology initiatives into TestNG increments Arlington can actually deliver
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with TestNG
• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Arlington, VA production without dropping the baton
• Trace a deeply-curious technology bug across three TestNG services to the one bad line
• Pair with technology analysts so Volkswagen's JUnit models match real behavior
• Chase down the TestNG integration that silently drops Volkswagen events at midnight

• The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through
• Strong working knowledge of Leadership and JUnit
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities

Built in Arlington and run on caffeine and conviction, Volkswagen turns messy technology problems into clean, repeatable wins. The clarity-seeking pace here is real, but so is the permission to log off and recover.

Here you earn $128,000 - $194,000 while a dedicated mentor helps you grow from senior into ownership, all wrapped in benefits worth keeping.

Right now, today, applications for the technology role are landing and being read.
