We're looking for an intake attorney who would like to grow with the firm.

We are an expanding, niche estate planning firm headquartered in Northern Virginia. We support clients across Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia with tailored estate planning services, and we manage probate matters statewide in Virginia.

We are an estate planning law firm seeking a professional and organized intake attorney. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional service to families during important life transitions, and we need someone who can conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations for our estate planning law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly‑licensed attorney.

As an intake attorney, you will conduct consultations with potential new clients, assessing their estate planning needs and providing preliminary guidance on appropriate strategies. This role is crucial in maintaining our firm's professional image and ensuring communication with potential new clients.

• Conduct comprehensive potential new client consultations focusing on asset compilation, family structure, and estate planning goals
• Evaluate estate planning needs, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• Provide initial assessments on wealth transfer options and probate avoidance strategies
• Document family relationships, asset inventories, and specific estate planning concerns
• Coordinate with senior estate planning attorneys for complex cases
• Identify and flag urgent matters, particularly for elderly or ill clients
• Ensure compliance with state‑specific estate planning regulations and ethical guidelines

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active law license in good standing
• Ability to be flexible with your schedule to accommodate potential new clients
