ASR International is seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage contracted efforts supporting the F‑35 Joint Program Office (JPO). This role serves as the primary interface with Government program authorities, overseeing technical and programmatic execution, resource allocation, and compliance with DoD acquisition requirements. The Program Manager ensures timely delivery of high-quality support services critical to sustaining the F‑35 program’s mission.
Responsibilities- Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Oversee contractor execution of all task order requirements, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources, including personnel and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, risk management plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Provide timely identification of issues, corrective action plans, and status reporting to Government leadership.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to contract deliverables and performance standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with program objectives.
- Education:
BA/BS in relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Project Management, Engineering) - Experience:
Minimum 10 years performing duties similar to those described above. - Clearance:
Active SECRET or ability to obtain.l - Demonstrated program analysis experience in government or defense organizations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and reporting requirements.
- Proven experience managing diverse technical support teams in government or defense programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, risk management, and program control methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
