Operations Manager

Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a large-scale national program. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operational execution, contract compliance, and mission support in a fast-paced DoD environment.

The Operations Manager will work closely with Patriot leadership, program management, and government stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and delivery in support of national defense objectives.

• Oversee day-to-day operational execution supporting the F-35 NAVAIR mission
• Act as the primary operational liaison between Patriot Enterprises and government customers
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, deliverables, and performance standards
• Manage staffing, workforce planning, onboarding, and personnel performance across the program
• Monitor program execution, risk, and quality assurance to ensure contract success
• Support reporting, audits, program reviews, and customer briefings
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and mission effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in operations or program support within a DoD or federal contracting environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting NAVAIR programs (F-35 experience highly preferred)
• Experience managing personnel and operations in a government services environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to interact effectively with senior government and military stakeholders
• Ability to pass extensive background checks
