The Director, Individual & Planned Giving leads Client's individual giving strategy, serving as the primary architect of annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving programs that build long-term, sustainable revenue from individual donors. The Director works in close partnership with the Senior Director, Development to expand Client's individual donor base, with a particular focus on building and personally managing a portfolio of high-net-worth prospects and establishing planned giving as a durable, long-term revenue channel. This role requires deep expertise in individual and planned giving fundraising, exceptional skill in cultivating trust with sophisticated, high-capacity donors, and the confidence and polish to make direct, high-dollar asks.
