K is seeking a Vice President, Internal Audit to lead Mission Technology Solutions’ internal audit program as it prepares for separation into an independent public company. You will report to the CFO and oversee SOX compliance, ICFR, and audit leadership, partnering with executives, the Audit Committee, and external auditors.
You will develop and drive a risk-based audit strategy, manage annual plans, and elevate internal controls and governance to ensure readiness for standalone operation.
