The Packaging Supervisor/Manager leads daily packaging operations for pharmaceutical or nutraceutical bottling lines, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance with cGMP, FDA, and safety standards.

• Plan and manage packaging operations based on production schedules, manpower, and equipment capacity.
• Supervise, train, and motivate packaging staff, including operators and line leads.
• Oversee packaging quality, documentation, and ERP data entry.
• Manage validation, cleaning verification, and batch execution.
• Address deviations, investigations, and CAPAs promptly.
• Support hiring, interviewing, and performance management of team members.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in packaging processes.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  5–8+ years supervising pharmaceutical/nutraceutical bottle packaging lines (oral solid dosage experience required).
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, communication, production planning, and ERP proficiency. Basic English reading and speaking required.

• On-site role; involves standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Light lifting (10–15 lbs).
