• Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Janitors on shifts
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed
• Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests
• Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure

• Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics
