Marketing Manager III; Contingent

Overview

Join our team as we seek a dynamic individual to drive email marketing programs aimed at enhancing Amazon Business brand awareness and adoption. As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and streamline operational processes. This contract role provides services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions.

If selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.

• Drive email marketing programs to build Amazon Business brand awareness and adoption.
• Serve as a bridge between marketing teams and brand to identify, scope, and gather requirements for campaigns.
• Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders. Align deadlines, communicate responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
• Partner closely with stakeholder teams to develop and implement robust project management strategy.
• Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics to enhance processes for improved efficiency.
• Facilitate campaign reviews and alignment meetings with team leaders, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Support the build and maintenance of standards for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices).
• Work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work effectively.

• 7+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing or project management roles.
• Expertise in tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Workfront, Jira, Wrike or Monday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to understand complex project requirements quickly.
• Diverse experience with email marketing tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests under tight timelines while remaining responsive.

Contract Length: 6 Months

Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour
