Key Responsibilities
  • Driving strategic partnerships with market and global Corporate Communications and Talent Attraction teams to evolve and maintain the employer brand across all digital platforms.
  • Leading the development and governance of the employer branding playbook, visual assets, messaging frameworks, and campaign models aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Overseeing the creation and activation of talent attraction campaigns and managing global/market RM initiatives that position Nestlé as an employer of choice.
  • Leading the evolution of the Nestlé Careers website and digital marketing strategy, with a focus on user experience, candidate journey, and brand consistency.
  • Managing Nestlé+ and global digital/technology projects related to RM, including new referral technologies and the expansion of the employee advocacy platform.
  • Implementing enhancements to the CRM system to optimize structure, platform utilization, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
  • Providing strategic consulting and developing RM plans to support business growth, critical projects, divestitures, and new acquisitions.
  • Ensuring high-quality, on‑brand external recruiting content and managing end‑to‑end candidate communications from first touchpoint through onboarding.
  • Building and leading cross‑functional partnerships with Talent Acquisition leadership, Corporate Communications, IT, external vendors, and Nestlé+ leadership to execute winning RM strategies.
  • Designing and executing full‑funnel talent attraction models across digital channels, optimizing paid media strategy and ROI in collaboration with RM specialists and partners.
  • Understanding target talent audiences, tracking market trends, and analyzing the competitive landscape to inform content development, media mix, and integrated RM campaigns.
  • Crafting compelling, conversion‑driven messaging that resonates with key talent segments and supports long‑term engagement.
  • Demonstrating critical thinking and providing actionable solutions to resolve technical issues affecting job visibility, attribution tracking, and other KPIs.
  • Exemplifying entrepreneurial leadership by identifying and leveraging opportunities for personalized storytelling and brand amplification.
  • Mentoring Recruitment Marketing Specialists and occasionally managing temporary contractors, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, HR, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading recruitment marketing, talent attraction, employer branding, and/or digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven consultative and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Highly curious, innovative, data‑driven, and a creative problem solver.
  • Self‑starter with high energy and a passion for digital engagement experiences.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, including creative direction, copywriting, and editing.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence senior executives.
  • Solid understanding of digital media platforms and CRM technologies (e.g., Avature).
