Pay From: $33.65 per hour

MUST:

Experienced Licensed Practical Nurse

Must have a valid and good standing VA Licensed Practical Nurse license

Must have an active CPR & First Aid certification

Must have 1 plus years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Must have case manager experience

Must have strong documentation skills

Knowledge of the working with Disability Services is highly preferred

Knowledge of the procedures to Trained Medication Employees

DUTIES:

Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Work with medical team to address the medical needs of patients

Handle health assessments requirements

Manage and lead the TME training program for staff

Manage all medication changes

Train new employees review tasks, health plans, and medical protocols

Maintain compliance with the DC board of nursing, DDS, and the health department
