Fertility RN Coordinator (Hybrid)

Shady Grove Fertility, one of the premier fertility centers in the United States, seeks experienced, compassionate, and dynamic team players committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The Fertility RN Coordinator will join the Arlington, VA team to manage patient coordination and support clinical protocols.

• Assist coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Provide patient and couple counseling.
• Teach procedures and injection administration.
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans with established clinical protocols.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Work occasional weekends and holidays.

• Background in women’s health a plus; training will be provided.
• Valid RN license.
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must.
• High level of customer service essential; must be a self‑starter.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
