Title: Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm)

Location: Arlington, VA

Compensation: Competitive base salary

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Neurology and Neurosurgery team. This unique position includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
, offering variety and opportunities to expand your expertise.

• Provide care to patients across both Neurology Stroke and Neurosurgery service lines
• Conduct outpatient visits
• Perform histories, neurological assessments, and post-op follow-ups
• Collaborate with attending physicians and APP colleagues to create individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care
• Contribute to inpatient rounding, admissions, and consults as needed

You’ll be supported by a Supervising APP who provides mentorship and guidance, as well as a collaborative group of:

• 4 Neurologists
• 1 Neurosurgeon
• 4 Advanced Practice Providers

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Certified Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
• Certification as an NP by an accredited certifying body (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
• Neurology or Neurosurgery experience preferred, but not required.
• Training and familiarity in the use of EPIC (EMR) preferred.
