Quality Control Analyst

A Quality Control Analyst assists Nirbhau Management Corporation’s operations center supporting a mission‑critical and highly visible U.S. Government project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring relevant operational deliverables meet the high standards required by the company and its customers. Applicant must be a positive, flexible, self‑starter who is able to excel in this fast‑paced environment. The candidate will be expected to exercise extreme discretion and judgment on a routine basis when performing their duties.

Exceptional technical, communication and interpersonal skills are a necessity, including the ability to effectively communicate via written and verbal media. This position functions as part of a team with a sense of ownership and dedication to mission.

• Work in a systems operation center environment.
• Develop and maintain quality control standard operating procedures and implement new protocols and procedures in response to expanding/changing requirements.
• Perform quality control analyses on relevant operational deliverables to ensure all required information is present and the quality meets the high standards required for movement from the passengers’ location to the Overseas Processing Platform (OPP) location.
• Conduct root cause analysis when discrepancies and issues are identified.
• Provide continuous information sharing, knowledge management, communications, and reporting support through collaborative business processes.
• Provide detailed analysis of data, identifying variations, discrepancies, and outliers in a given set of data.
• Develop detailed and technical written products for senior‑level customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of MS office software and IT Systems to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat.
