• 10 Years of Experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant degree (bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted).
• Experience in creating and implementing detailed plans to ensure overall quality of all IT products, systems, and services.
• Experience in resolving all project or program release problems, triage, escalation, and taking corrective action.
• Experience in assuring the viability, functionality, and effectiveness of essential tools.
