Ensure proper set-up of lounge and bar from beginning to end of shift;
Maintain a knowledge of all food and beverage items served at Colony Grill;
Inform customers about how items are prepared, what they contain, portion size, and prices;
Make recommendations to customers and suggest menu items as appropriate;
Efficiently navigate the POS computer system to execute and oversee the correct entry of orders and recording of all items served.
