Assure proper set up of kitchen, storage, and prep areas from beginning until end of shift;
Develop and update knowledge of all critical kitchen inventory such as food and beverage items, and all menu ingredients;
Prepare dough and prep ingredients for all pizza toppings;
Demonstrate knowledge and accurate placement of all foodstuffs, equipment in the kitchen, storage rooms, food cooler, and prep areas to support operational efficiency.
