Apply to join a high-volume, all-day cafe with a fast-paced kitchen. The role includes consistent production of quality food and supporting tasks to achieve that goal.

• Prepare and execute dishes
• Collaborate with Sous Chef to execute dishes
• Adhere to kitchen processes
• Assist chefs in all kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Manage food inventory and ordering
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Develop new recipes and menus

• Positive, thoughtful, and approachable
• Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite
• Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving abilities
• History in casual dining management of at least five years (Café or Restaurant Manager)
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and reach overhead to at or above shoulder height

Base pay: $15 / hr. ($14 – $16 / hr.) + Tips avg. $4 – $9 / hr.

Multiple Locations (National Landing, Arlington, DC)

Café – Fast, Friendly, Fun & Professional.
