BARTENDER

Responsible for verifying age requirements, mixing drinks, and pairing tastes.

• Mix traditional and classic drinks and create cocktail lists.
• Maintain a clean bar and clean bar supplies.
• Keep bar stocked.
• Cut fresh fruit, garnish, and discard any old fruit/garnishes.
• Help manage bar inventory when needed.
• Process member accounts/payments.

• Basic bartending knowledge, knowing standard pours, different liquors, etc.
• Ability to develop relationships with the membership.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with MODs on member requests.
• Available to mainly work evening shifts, plus holidays, and weekends.
• Outgoing, upbeat personality with a willingness to learn is a must.
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to stand/walk for several hours, maintain composure in high stress situations, and efficiently manage workload.
• Schedule is flexible, can work around school schedules or other positions within reason.
