Bartender

Overview

We are hiring immediately for full-time BARTENDER positions.

Location:

Capital One - 105 Air Cargo Road, Arlington, VA 22202.

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Greets guests and takes and processes drink orders; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard recipes; observes portion control.
• Maintains bar setup: stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, garnishes, condiments and supplies; ensures product quality and freshness.
• Checks identification and adheres to liquor regulations.
• Handles payments, verifies charges and processes vouchers accurately.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards and keeps the work area organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

• Fixed pay rate: $25.00 per hour.
