Seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, firearms (in FFL locations), etc. Compensation includes hourly wages plus commissions based on productivity.

• Engage with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise display.
• Process sales and loans according to policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer calls and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Complete training successfully.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math skills; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation.
