What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Engage proactively with assigned customer accounts to understand their business needs and communicate product value
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long‑term partnerships
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews and account planning sessions to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer priorities and certification standards
  • Manage the sales cycle from discovery through to negotiation and closing, including preparation of sales agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take a consultative approach to selling and align client needs with solutions
  • Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft is advantageous

  • Experience in the field service management software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and rapport with client stakeholders
