- Ability to take a consultative approach to selling and align client needs with solutions
- Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft is advantageous
- Experience in the field service management software industry
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and rapport with client stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- A drive to deliver value in every customer interaction
- Previous experience in upselling and cross‑selling products and services
