A Games Account Manager (AM) is responsible for building a comprehensive territory coverage strategy to increase AWS adoption with NAMER Games customers (which could include game developers, publishers, and/or partners). They manage customer relationships with a moderate degree of complexity, helping customers meet technical requirements and realize business outcomes through launched opportunities and specialist conversations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive territory coverage strategies to accelerate AWS adoption across the NAMER Games portfolio
- Own and nurture strategic customer relationships of moderate complexity
- Drive technical solution development and business outcome realization through coordinated engagement with AWS specialists
- Lead and motivate account teams to achieve revenue targets and non-revenue sales objectives
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers
- Engage with internal AWS leadership up to VP-level with minimal management oversight
- Identify and resolve complex business challenges independently
- Leverage AWS resources and intellectual capital to maximize customer success
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently
- Experience developing solutions and executing plans on complex projects
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- Experience translating customer needs into business requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams

CompensationBase pay ranges from $83,100/year to $177,800/year, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.
