Sales Development Representative

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join a national association focused on corporate leadership and governance. This role will collaborate with senior leadership to drive membership sales and implement modern B2B sales strategies to increase new and renewal memberships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a membership sales professional looking to work with a motivated team of professionals.

This is a direct hire position with a base salary and robust bonus structure.

• Create qualified sales opportunities by outreach, lead follow up, cold calls
• Ensuring data accuracy while reporting utilizing sales dashboards and Power BI
• Collaborate with leadership and various teams to ensure consistent strategy and messaging
• Refine and adapt outreach approaches on an ongoing basis using performance metrics, feedback, and emerging best practices

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years in B2B sales experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.

$62,000 - $73,000 annually

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
