We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to work at Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia

The Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day rental operations. Ensure that all the levels of service and standards are met and exceeded in the perception of our clients and customers.
Summary of essential job functions- Answer rental business calls
- Create orders in AV Manager
- Build quotes /bids for customers
- Meet with clients doing site visits
- Handle all the sales on smaller size shows
- Assist with repeat business for smaller-sized shows
- Other duties as assigned
- Audio Visual Technician work experience is required
- Hands-on knowledge of an inventory tracking system is helpful
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to meet deadlines, work a flexible schedule, be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high-quality service
- The ability to work with many different types of people on different levels
