As a Security Officer - Flex Tech Facility Patrol
, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, deterring incidents, and fostering a secure environment. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support an exceptional customer experience while you act with integrity and teamwork.

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and, where appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual activity or concerns.
• Assist visitors and employees with security inquiries and guidance.
• Collaborate with allied team members to maintain a secure environment.

• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervision/management, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A guard card or license preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
