Learn more:  As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security-related incidents through your presence, conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and employees, and provide customer service.

Tue 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and guidelines as directed by Allied Universal and the client.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
